Nicholas Wyman, CEO and Founder
Nicholas Wyman is a workforce development and apprenticeship expert, speaker, and author who has fostered a workforce development model that uses mentoring to shape the thinking, attitude, abilities, and skills of people as they make the transition from school to work.
Nicholas applies real-world solutions to the challenges companies face in finding skilled employees. A Winston-Churchill Memorial Fellow, Nicholas has completed in-depth research into school-to-work transitions and skilled careers, and helped establish the P-TECH model in the US. Nicholas is on the Advisory Board of the American Institute of Innovative Apprenticeship.
Andrew Sezonov, General Manager
Andrew Sezonov has over 18 years of expertise in Human Resources; including facilitation of employment and training outcomes in various industry areas. Andrew has facilitated many programs relating to Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) at a variety of levels, from entry level to senior staff.
Having qualifications in both the Business and Occupational Safety sectors, Andrew has delivered quality training that is industry specific and fully transferable. Andrew is passionate about skilling up the next generation of trades people and ensuring apprenticeships and internships, specifically, are seen as viable and attainable pathways.
Leanne Motta-Marques, Future Workforce Consultant
Having achieved a Master’s Degree in Business from Melbourne University and a Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology – Leanne’s initial work experience focused on administration and project coordination within the mental health and technology sectors (this included working on software infrastructure and network security development) for the IBM human resources and projects team.
Leanne then transitioned into a generalist recruitment and resourcing role prior to joining WPC Group. The recruitment industry has provided Leanne with the opportunity to interact with clients and candidates on a daily basis in order to ensure a sustainable fit to an organisation. Working with and recognising young potential has proven to be a positive and rewarding direction.
Simon Whatmore, Skills Mapping Consultant
Simon Whatmore is an experienced policy and management consultant with broad project and functional management expertise. He has extensive experience consulting to government departments and agencies across strategic analysis, change management, organizational design, program management, and evaluation projects.
Simon’s strong conceptual and analytical skills, public policy knowledge, understanding of governmental process, and ability to build rapport and collaborate with a diverse array of stakeholders enables him to bring the best out of private and public sector relationships.
