The start of the journey. Learning the basics about the brand, products, dealership and taking the first steps into shaping your career.
Registered
Technician
You have excelled in your apprenticeship to completion, have begun increasing your productivity and efficiency within the workplace, and completed the necessary brand assessments and learning modules. Leading by example to apprentices around you.
Senior
Technician
Taking part in further learning assessments and modules of brand training, while also exploring into heavier diagnostic work rather than your day to day jobs.
Master
Technician
No job is too great for you now you have mastered the brand training, passed the required assessments, and have now 9-10 years within the brand as a minimum.

NextTech is a purpose designed apprenticeship experience where you will be trained on all types of BMW vehicles ranging from petrol to hybrid to electric. Where you will be trained in a dedicated modern facility at the Automotive Centre of Excellence in Melbourne, Victoria and further, undertake international standard BMW manufacturers training delivered by BMW Trainers, and all the way through be supported by experienced and dedicated mentors supporting and developing you to achieve ultimate success.
