This offer is subject to the person you referred being placed into employment with NextGen Jobs and will be valid upon the six month anniversary of their employment commencement date.

The initiative is only valid for referrals provided to NextGen Jobs between 1 January 2025 and 31st December 2025.

This initiative is also only available for current and completed NextGen Jobs or WPC Group apprentices/trainees and labour hire employees.

The ‘refer a friend’ initiative/offer is not redeemable for cash, nor is it exchangeable or transferable.

NextGen Jobs is not liable for any damages, loss or injury relating to what is purchased with the gift voucher.

Standard Terms and Conditions – NextGen Jobs

  • This offer is subject to your company meeting the standard NextGen Jobs terms and conditions (available on request).

  • The Host Employer must engage the Apprentice/Trainee for a continuous six-month period.

  • To qualify for the full rebate, the Host Employer must have paid all invoices in full and on time as per the NextGen Jobs Host Employer Agreement.

  • The ‘4 Weeks Free Offer’ refers to the equivalent of 4 weeks' average wages (20 working days), and may be subject to a cap (details available on request).

  • The rebate will be applied to the Host Employer’s account as a credit.

  • The offer is not redeemable for cash, nor is it exchangeable or transferable.

  • Any applicable GST in relation to the rebate is the sole responsibility of the Host Employer.
