Nicholas Wyman

CEO & Founder

Nicholas Wyman is a workforce development and apprenticeship expert, speaker, and author who has fostered a workforce development model that uses mentoring to shape the thinking, attitude, abilities, and skills of people as they make the transition from school to work.

Nicholas applies real-world solutions to the challenges companies face in finding skilled employees. A Winston Churchill Memorial Fellow, Nicholas has completed in-depth research into school-to-work transitions and skilled careers. Nicholas is on the Advisory Board of the American Institute of Innovative Apprenticeship.

In what little spare time he has, Nicholas enjoys travelling and spending time with his family, including short haired pointer, Nellie.

Andrew Robson

Head of Business & Operations

Andrew Robson brings his extensive expertise in systems organisation to his role as the Operations Manager at NextGen Jobs. Known for his innovative problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail, Andrew is dedicated to streamlining processes and ensuring operational excellence.

His leadership fosters collaboration and efficiency, driving meaningful outcomes for apprentices, trainees, and industry partners.

With a passion for building resilient systems, Andrew is committed to supporting NextGen Jobs’ mission of creating opportunities and shaping a skilled, future-ready workforce.

Mark D’Aversa

National Manager - Innovative Programs

Mark brings over 25 years of experience from the VET and corporate sectors to NextGen Jobs.
Mark manages key partnerships with innovative industries, mentoring apprentices and trainees throughout their qualifications.

He believes that giving young people the skills to succeed in the workforce is key to Australia’s future and is committed to working with employer partners to develop future career opportunities.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys travel, anywhere with a beach and warm weather, kayaking, and good coffee and wine.

Administration Coordinator

Bringing with her a wealth of expertise in organisational management and a dynamic approach to workplace efficiency, Rita's extensive experience in education and administration, enriched by her roles as a data analyst and education coordinator in various high-paced and diverse environments enable Rita to build strong relationships and an engaging work culture.

With extensive experience in managing significant relationships with multi-location customers, Marco is dedicated to creating opportunities and empowering individuals through education and employment via apprenticeships and traineeships.

Business Development Manager (NSW)

Conn is a dynamic professional with a wealth of experience in group training and business development. He continues to impress with his track record of exceeding targets and fostering new business growth, leveraging his skills in strategic leadership and sales management.

Tamara Lepar

Apprentice and Trainee Manager

Tamara Lepar has extensive experience as a Project Facilitator, Business Support Executive, and Personal Assistant, honing her skills in meeting facilitation and project management.

As a NextGen Jobs Future Workforce Mentor based in NSW, Tamara's passion lies in supporting and mentoring young professionals to help them achieve their goals. With her dedication and expertise, she is a valuable asset to our team.

Tamara is not only passionate about her professional career, but she also enjoys spending her spare time hiking and exploring the great outdoors. She is always eager to take on new adventures and overcome obstacles.

Bonnie Harrison

Apprentice and Trainee Manager

Bonnie brings over a decade of experience in community engagement, workforce development, and employer partnerships to her role. Based in Brisbane, she has worked extensively across Queensland and Victoria, developing strong relationships with employers, service providers, and community stakeholders to drive meaningful employment outcomes. Her professional background includes business development, event coordination, pre-employment training, and recruitment, with a particular focus on delivering sustainable and inclusive workforce solutions. Bonnie also has considerable experience managing government contracts and leading high-performing regional teams to achieve ambitious targets.

Deborah Broderick

Apprentice and Trainee Manager

Deborah has worked within education and training for the last 15 years, with a particular focus on vocational training and career education. This has involved building industry connections, across a range of sectors so young people are better positioned to make informed career decisions.

Deborah is a CEAV qualified Career Development Practitioner, who strongly believes in equity of opportunity. She knows that employment opportunities are a great way for people to develop their strengths, build connections within their communities and deepen their sense of personal value.

Deborah teaches Yoga and meditation, is a volunteer surf lifesaver who loves nothing more than a day at the beach with a good book.

Ngoni Munetsi

Apprentice and Trainee Manager

Ngoni is a skilled professional who benefits from more than 20 years’ experience across a variety of industries internationally. Ngoni’s core competencies include Talent Acquisition, Development, Retention and Productivity Management.

Ngoni is recognised as a Strategic partner to businesses. He holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Organisational Development and an Honours Degree in Social Sciences.

Ngoni’s hobbies include spending time with family, travelling and playing golf.

Paul Farries

Apprentice and Trainee Manager

Paul has a comprehensive knowledge of learning methodology, performance management and competency frameworks, leadership and training programs.

Paul is a strong believer in action and experiential learning, behavioural change programs and use of competency frameworks to support workforce development and retention.

In Paul’s down time, he enjoys fishing, water skiing and enjoying the great outdoors and spending time catching up with his adult children and their partners for dinner or a relaxing BBQ on the weekend.
